RRC 20th Anniversary Special Stations
Some special calls other than R20RRC have been active recently. I was able to have contacts with 9A20RRC at 0937 UTC, last Sunday (July 21) and with EM20RRC/A at 1226 UTC on Tuesday, July 23 on 15 meter band by CW.
According to the 9A20RRC page of “QRZ.com”, operators of the station are the RRC members of Croatian Flora Fauna Radio Club (9A1WFF). I had some contacts with 9A stations from various JAFF areas, but I do not know whether there were members of this club among them.
By the way, I visited Croatia ten years ago. The sightseeing tour was a short one and all I visited were Dubrovnik, Lopud Island, Plitvice Lakes National Park and Zagreb, the capital city. Among these itineraries, there may not be many Japanese visitors to Lopud Island in Elafiti Islands near Dubrovnik.
