Expedition to WFF JAFF-057, WFFペディション

I went on the air with a friend in WFF JAFF-057, Tenryu-Okumikawa Quasi-National Park, from Tuesday, August 21 through Thursday, August 23.
The location of the activity was in Neba Village, Shimoina-gun, Nagano, JCG 09008, and the spot was about 1,280 meters high above sea level.
The 21 MHz band on Tuesday evening was good for Europe and Asia and the 7 MHz band was open for domestic contacts Wednesday morning. About 100 contacts altogether were logged by me.

It was raining when we got up Wednesday morning and we chose to erect a simpler vertical antenna but at around 0900 JST / 0000 UTC the weather turned to cloudy. 

The contact most memorable for me was the one with PY4XX on 15 meter band. This station responded to my first CQ 0006UTC Thursday, morning hours after breakfast local time. However, there were no callers after that station that morning. to our regret. It appears that there is little interest in the WFF program in North and South America.

８月２１日（火）から２３日(木）まで、友人と二人でJAFF-057、天竜奥三河国定公園 へ出かけ、移動運用を行いました。
コールやサポート、どうもありがとうございました。
運用場所は、茶臼山の東側、矢作川の源流地の湧水の近くで、標高は約1,280mでした。
１日目は曇り、２日目は、朝は小雨で、簡単なバーチカル・アンテナにしましたが、幸いセットアップを終えたころに雨は上がりました。３日目は晴れて、高原の青空と南アルプスなどの山並みの眺望を楽しむことができました。

当局の交信数は、合計１００局強、オーバーシーと国内はおおむね半々でした。
１日目の夕刻から夜の２１メガでオーバーシーと、２日目の午前の７メガで国内と交信したのが大部分で、２日目の午後以降は、交信局数が伸びませんでした。

３日目の朝に、１回ＣＱを出したら、PY4XX局に呼ばれたのが印象的でした。ただ、その後まったくコールがなかったのは残念でした。
